VICTORIA FARLEY

PRINCIPAL

SINGING, ACTING & LAMDA TUTOR

​

Victoria is the founder and principal of West End Theatre Academy and has played leading roles in the West End such as Glinda in Wicked & Cosette in Les Misérables. Her glittering career in the West End led her desire to nurture the younger generations and show how everyone can benefit from Performing Arts training.

 

Victoria established the academy with a strong belief that theatre education should nurture the individual as much as the performer. Victoria has built the academy around core values of confidence, kindness, discipline, creativity and community. Her aim has always been to provide a supportive space where students feel encouraged, challenged and celebrated, regardless of age or experience.

​

Victoria is a highly experienced singing and drama tutor renowned for helping students achieve outstanding examination results, gain drama school placements and develop confidence both on and off the stage. She is passionate about creating opportunities for young performers and inspiring students to reach their full potential in a welcoming and professional environment.

​

Victoria trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and has performed professionally in West End productions including Wicked, Les Misérables, Cinderella and The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

​

She teaches Drama, Singing and Musical Theatre to all age groups across our Worthing, Horsham and Billingshurst academies, alongside offering private tuition for ages 4 through to adults.

OMARI DOUGLAS

ACTING, MUSICAL THEATRE & LAMDA TUTOR

​

Omari trained at Arts Educational Performing Arts School and appeared in the hit musical "Hairspray" immediately upon graduation. Omari has since become a well known screen actor rising to fame in the smash hit series IT’S A SIN playing the role of ‘Roscoe’, which he was BAFTA nominated for Best Supporting Actor.

Omari also starred in Joe Barton’s upcoming Netflix series BLACK DOVES playing the series regular role of ‘Michael’. He was recently seen on the West End in Ivo Van Hove’s A LITTLE LIFE and in CABARET opposite Jessie Buckley and Eddie Redmayne. Other recent highlights include; I HATE SUZIE for Sky, NOLLY for ITV / Quay Street Productions and the Searchlight feature film RYE LANE.

Anouska trained at the Guildford School of Acting and is highly skilled in drama, singing and all styles of dance. 

Anouska has appeared professionally in West End shows such as Evita, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, 42nd Street, Follies, Spamalot and The Sound of Music.

She can also be seen performing annually on ITV's "All Star Musicals".

SASHA MCNALLY

ACTING & LAMDA TUTOR

Sasha is a trained actress with professional industry experience. Additionally she is a qualified acting tutor with a strong background in drama education for children and young people aged 3-19.

Having taught Acting in the UK and internationally, she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and first-hand knowledge of the performing arts to every session. Sasha is passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop their imagination, and gain valuable life skills through drama. Her fun, energetic, and supportive approach encourages every child to take creative risks, express themselves, and enjoy the excitement of performance.

GUEST SINGING TUTOR

 

Lizzie Bea is currently starring as Madame Thénardier in Les Misérables in the West End. She trained at National Youth Theatre, National Youth Music Theatre and National Student Drama Festival.

 

Theatre credits include Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act (Dominion Theatre, Hammersmith Apollo and UK Tour), Martha Dunnstock in Heathers (The Other Palace), Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray (London Coliseum), Ensemble in A Christmas Carol (Dominion Theatre), Abigail Henson in the World Premiere of Becoming Nancy (Alliance Theatre, Atlanta), Pat in Kinky Boots (UK Tour), u/s Kelly, Betty & Val in Fat Friends the Musical (UK Tour), Rose in Dino Story and Ducky Daddles in Chicken Little (From Page to Stage – The Other Palace), Actress 2 in The Shakespeare Revue (UK Tour), Bee/Mother Pig in The 3 Little Pigs (UK & International Tour), Polly Parish in The Other School (St James Theatre).

Workshops include Penny in Sumo Girls (table read for Feature Film), Amy in [Large and] In Charge (Paper Mug), Abigail Henson in Becoming Nancy (London and New York casts), Martha Dunnstock in Heathers (The Other Palace).

Recordings include Little Bo Frilly in The Three Billy Goats Gruff (Stiles and Drewe), Ella in Where’s Charley’s Aunt? and Flo Bates in Half a Sixpence (Demo Recordings – both for Cameron Mackintosh Ltd).

Tara trained at Laine Theatre Arts and is currently performing in Devil Wears Prada in the West End.

 

Theatre credits includes: Louise in Crazy for You (Savoy Theatre London), Prince Charming in Cinderella (Gordan Craig Theatre), Louise in Crazy for You (Chichester Festival Theatre), Fairy Godmother in Cinderella (Crampton Hall Theatre); Helene in Sweet Charity (Laine Theatre Arts); Musical Theatre Classics (The Princes Hall); Jack and the Beanstalk, Dick Whittington and soloist in Christmas Cracker (Kings Theatre Portsmouth); Time in Motion and Memorial Gala Performances (National Youth Ballet of Great Britain). Alfie is currently starring in Sister Act the musical in the role of Eddie.

 

Alfie made his West End debut as swing in the original West End production of School of Rock. Other credits include Tackaberry in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (City of London Festival), Nick in Aladdin (Buxton Opera House), Genie in Aladdin (Beck Theatre Hayes), Fat Friends (UK Tour), Samuel Byck in Assassins (Pleasance Theatre), Mutt in Kinky Boots (UK Tour), The Baker in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (UK Tour) and Eddie in Sister Act (Frankfurt).

EMILY WOODROFFE

MINI MUSICAL THEATRE TUTOR & ADMIN ​

​

Training: Graduating from Northbrook College with First Class Hons Degree in Musical Theatre, Emily continued her vocational training with us at West End Theatre Academy; achieving Grade 8 Distinction Singing and completing her teacher training.

 

Under our guidance Emily found a natural love for inspiring our younger students and teaches our Mini Theatre Academy in Worthing and Billingshurst, alongside running our first after-school club at Billingshurst Primary Academy. Emily has a natural skill for nurturing our youngest stars and helping them feel confident and valued within our care. 

​

Additionally she teaches our Introductory LAMDA students (age 5-7) and has successfully gained them Distinction grades in their first exams.

​

Emily is also our Admin Assistant, taking care of our customers' every day enquiries and ensuring everything is running smoothly behind the scenes!

HOLLY SANDERS

MINI MUSICAL THEATRE TUTOR & ASSISTANT

​

Holly has been training in Musical Theatre with West End Theatre Academy since 2019, developing into an exceptional performer and inspiring young tutor under our guidance. During her training, Holly achieved her Grade 8 LAMDA qualifications at Distinction level, alongside earning her ATCL Diploma in Musical Theatre Performance with an outstanding 96% Distinction — one of the highest marks achieved nationally.

​

Alongside her own training and performance development, Holly has assisted our Junior and Intermediate classes for the past 7 years, becoming a valued and much-loved member of the academy team. In 2023, after qualifying, she launched and now successfully runs her own Mini Academy class in Horsham.

​

Holly is a warm, welcoming and engaging tutor and assistant who brings positivity, encouragement and professionalism to every class. Her fun and infectious energy inspires our students daily, and she continues to be a fantastic role model for performers of all ages. We are incredibly grateful that Holly shares our passion for performance and creativity with all of our students.
